We’ve been giving free art lessons, materials, and a space to explore to kids since 1999, officially beginning Colors of Cambodia in 2003. We host workshops in public schools, have a studio and gallery space in Siem Reap where we host lessons, shows, and critiques. We now serve over 1000 kids per month!

Today, Colors of Cambodia is now run by former students. Many of these students have gone on to become professional artists. After seeing the immense power of providing children with high level art instruction, we are now working to share what we’ve learned and our methodologies with art students around the world.
